What OneHisab stores
Your business profile, customers, invoices, logo images and generated PDF files are stored in OneHisab’s private storage on your device. We do not upload that content to a OneHisab server or provide it to Google Mobile Ads.
No account required
OneHisab does not require you to create an account. We do not collect your name, email address or phone number for our own server-based account service.
Advertising and technical data
OneHisab displays ads through Google Mobile Ads. When ads are enabled, Google and its advertising partners may process technical and advertising information, including IP-address derived general location, device or advertising identifiers, ad impressions and interactions, non-user crash logs and app performance data. This supports ad delivery, measurement, fraud prevention and, where you allow it, ad personalisation.
Your ad choices
Where required, OneHisab asks for consent before requesting ads. If Google requires a way to revise that choice, an “Ad privacy choices” option appears in the app’s Settings. You can also manage relevant advertising settings on your device.
Photos
If you choose to add a business logo, OneHisab copies the image you select into its own storage. It does not otherwise read your photo library.
Sharing an invoice
When you share a PDF, your device hands the file to the app you choose, such as Mail, Files or a messaging app. The recipient app’s own privacy policy then applies to its handling of that file.
Deleting your data
Deleting an invoice or customer removes it from the device. Uninstalling OneHisab removes the app’s local copy. Device backups may retain a copy until you manage or delete that backup.
Children
OneHisab is a business invoicing tool and is not directed to children.
